Contact us directly from your walt Smart Radio or weavix Mobile App.
From the walt Smart Radio
Click Menu > Support
Once Support is selected, you will then be prompted to send a PTT message
Once you send your initial PTT message, a new channel will populate, and you will be assigned a ticket number. Once the ticket has been assigned the Support Representative's name will also be displayed with their response.
Once your ticket/channel is closed, you will no longer be able to chat in the channel, however, will still be visible to you for 72 hours to reference back if needed. If further support is needed, you will need to open a new support channel.
From the weavix Mobile App
Click Menu > Tech Support
From there you will then select how you wish to contact Customer Support
Once "Start a Chat" is selected, you will then be prompted to send a PTT message
Once you send your PTT message, a new channel will populate. This is where you will converse back and forth with Support. The Support Representative's name will also be displayed.
Once your ticket/channel is closed, you will no longer be able to chat in the channel, however, will still be visible to you for 72 hours to reference back if needed. If further support is needed, you will need to open a new support channel.
