- Users can set automatic responses to reply back to individual channels. When enabled, anyone who messages the user on an individual channel will receive the automatic response once a shift.
- Automatic replies can be configured in the user profile settings on the Mobile App and Console.
- Automatic replies are sent out once a shift per individual channel.
Mobile App
Click on your profile in the upper left-hand corner
Click on the pencil icon in the upper right-hand corner
Click on "Change Automatic Reply"
Ensure the "Enabled" button is selected
Enter your message (250 characters or less)
Click Submit
Console
Click on your profile in the upper right-hand corner
Click Profile
Ensure the "Send Automatic Replies" button is selected
Enter your message (250 characters or less)
Click Save
