- Admins will have the ability to unlock a user who has locked themselves out of the system.
- This happens by a user entering an incorrect pin five times.
- Users can be unlocked from the console and from the mobile app.
Console
- Navigate to console.weavix.com
- Click on users at the bottom of the Navigation column.
- On the display users, select the user that has the orange lock next to their photo.
- Click on the locked out user.
- Once user has been selected, select “Unlock User.”
- User will then be able to log back into their account using their appropriate log in credentials.
Mobile
- Log in to weavix™ mobile app.
- On the Radio screen search for user that needs to be unlocked
- Select appropriate user.
- Click their profile icon on the top of the screen.
- Select their picture again under “members.”
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen.
- Select “Unlock User”
- User will then be able to log back into their account using their appropriate log in credentials.
