Now that you've created your user, it's time to get them activated so they can start utilizing the weavix platform! With multiple activation options, your new user will be up and running within minutes.
Activating a Basic User
What is a basic user?
Basic Users who need activated will be in a Pending status
Option 1: Activate with the Onboarding Guide
To activate with the onboarding guide, select the box to the left of the user's name you wish to activate. Once selected, a blue box will appear in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Select "Print Guides".
Another option to activate with the onboarding guide is to click into the user's profile and download the guide as shown below
Option 2: Activate by Scanning QR Code
To activate by scanning the user's QR code, click into the user's profile and select the QR code icon on the lower left-hand corner of their profile photo
The user's QR code will display, have the user scan the QR code with either a walt or mobile app to finish their activation.
Activating a Full User
What is a full user?
Full Users who need activated will be in an Invited status
Pro Tip! If a user's invite has been pending for over seven days their envelope will turn from amber to red, indicating the invite is expired, simply resend their invite.
Option 1: Send Invites
To activate with send invites, select the box to the left of the user's name you wish to activate. Once selected, a blue box will appear in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Select "Send Invites"
Option 2: Resend Invite
If a full user was sent their invite, but the invite is expired or they cannot find it, you can Resend them their invite from the console. Click "Resend Invite" from the user management page to resend invites.
Option 3: Print Guides
To activate with the Print Guide, select the box to the left of the user's name you wish to activate. Once selected, a blue box will appear in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Select "Print Guides"
Option 4: Activate by Scanning QR Code
To activate by scanning the user's QR code, click into the user's profile and select the QR code icon on the lower left-hand corner of their profile photo
