Managing the activation of your users just got easier! 

We have designed your User Page to keep you updated on your users with Banners.

Banners help you keep track of all your users who still need to be activated by letting you know who is still a "Pending User", a user who has not been sent an invite, and who is an "Invited User", a user who has been sent an invite via text or email and has not yet logged in. 

Let's dive into each of those! 

Pending Users Banner 

Any users who have been created but whose onboarding has not been initiated will be classified as Pending Users. If you have any Pending Users on your account, weavix will let you know with an orange banner on the user page. 

On the Pending User banner, you have a few options:

View Users - This will show you a list of all Pending Users

View Activation Options - Re-directs you to the "Activate Users Option Page"

"X" - Which will dismiss the banner for the day 

View Users

If you select View Users you will be shown a list of all users that are currently Pending on your account. 

From here you can select which users you want to onboard and select the Actions button in the upper right-hand corner which will open a drop-down menu.

You will now have the option to " Send Invites" which is only available for "Full Users" and will send a text or email invite to them.

weavix will confirm how many users were sent the invite with a green banner.

weavix will also alert you if any users were not sent the invite with a gold banner and prompt you to activate them with an Onboarding Guide. 

Your other option is "Print Guides" which will download their individual Onboarding Guide for you to print and hand out to them. 

This option is recommended as it is available for both Full Users and Basic Users.

Invited Users Banner 

Any users who have been sent an invite via email or text but have not yet accepted the invite are classified as Invited Users. If you have any Invited Users on your account, weavix will let you know with a gold banner on the user page. 

On the Invited User banner, you have a few options:

View Users - This will show you a list of all Invited Users

Resend Invite -Will automatically resend all invites 

"X" - Which will dismiss the banner for the day 

View Users 

If you select View Users you will be shown a list of all Full Users that have been sent an invite but have not accepted their invite and logged on. 

From here you can select which users you want to resend the invite to and select the Actions button in the upper right-hand corner which will open a drop-down menu.

You will now have the option to " Send Invites" which will resend a text or email invite to them.
