weavix has made activating your users even easier by offering multiple options to choose a way to get your users logged on to their devices for the first time! In this article, we will discuss the various ways to activate multiple full and basic users at once. If you are looking to activate a single user, check out our article on activating single users!

Once you have completed your Mass Import of users you will be prompted to activate your users by selecting the "Start" option in blue.
Options for User Account Activation
When you are ready to activate your users, weavix will prompt you with two options.
Option 1: Activating via Email or Text Invite
This option is only available for "Full Users" that have registered with a phone or email.
Option 2: Activating via the Onboarding Guide
This option is our recommended way to onboard your users and is available for both "Full Users" and "Basic Users"
Activate via Email or Text Invite
Only available for full users, users who have registered with a phone or email.
If you have chosen to activate your users via email or text invite, you can send the invites instantly by selecting the "Send Invites" button in blue.
Choosing this option means that all full users on your mass import will be sent activation instructions to their email or mobile phone to activate their account and will be eligible to instantly activate their account after receiving the invite.
What will the invite look like?
Select Specific Users to Activate via Email or Text Message
If you do not want to send the invite to all users on your mass import then you have the option to select a specific group by clicking on the "Select Specific Users" in the bottom left-hand corner. The next step will be selecting the users you want to send the invite to.
The filters will automatically prompt you to send the invitation to everyone. You can change these filters to narrow them down to a specific group of users. This option is great if you want to onboard teams or departments one by one!
Once you have confirmed the list of users you want to send the invite to, click the "Send Invites" button on the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
Invites Sent Successfully
You will then receive a prompt with a confirmation letting you know that the invites were successfully sent.
If you are done with activating your users, you can select "I'm Done" which will take you to the user page. If you choose to activate more users, you will be redirected to the "Options for User Account Activation" page and follow the above steps again.
Activate Users via the Onboarding Guide
Your second option to onboard multiple full users would be to activate via the Onboarding Guide.

The Onboarding Guide is great if you want to do a group training known as a "Town Hall". This guide will need to be printed beforehand and will contain a unique QR code for each user that they can scan with either their walt or mobile app. Click here to learn more about Logging on the walt and mobile app for the first time
Once you have confirmed that you want to move forward with activating via the Onboarding Guide, you will select "Print Guides" in the bottom right-hand corner.

The next step will be selecting the users you want to send the invite to.
The filters will automatically prompt you to send the invitation to everyone. You can also change these filters to narrow them down to a specific group of users. This option is great if you want to onboard teams or departments one by one.
Once you have confirmed the list of users you want to send the Onboarding Guide to you will then click the "Print Guides" button on the bottom right-hand side of the screen and be prompted with a confirmation letting you know that the Onboarding Guides have been downloaded successfully.

You will then receive a prompt letting you know that your download was successful, congrats!
You can find the Onboarding Guides in your downloaded folder on your computer.
Your next steps would be to print these and book a town hall with your users to get them logged on to either their walt or mobile app for the first time and conduct training.
