User Types
There are two different types of weavix users: basic users and full users. User types will be automatically assigned depending on whether contact information is added to the user or not.
Basic Users
A basic user is a user that does not have a phone number or email address associated with their user profile. Basic users will only be able to use a walt Smart Radio or the weavix Mobile App and will not have access to weavix Web Radio or the Console.
Pro Tip: A basic user will cover the majority of your frontline workers.
Full Users
A full user is a user that has a phone number or email address associated with their user profile. Full users have access to all the basic user functionality, plus have access to weavix Web Radio and the Console.
Pro Tip: A full user will likely be a supervisor or above, or anyone who will need access to Web Radio.
User Statuses
There are 5 statuses a user can be in on your weavix account. The status of a user can help you to understand where the user is at in the onboarding process.
Active
A user in active status is a user who has been fully activated and can log into their weavix account.
The active status is the main status you want your users to be in once they've been created and activated.
Invited
A user in invited status is a full user who has been sent the invite code for their account, but has not yet used that code to activate their user.
Pending
A user in pending status is any user who has been created in your system, but has not been activated yet. For basic users, that will mean any user that has not activated their account yet. For full users, that will be any user that has not been activated or had an invite sent to them.
Locked
A user in locked status is any active user that has tried an incorrect PIN 5 times in a row and has been locked out of their account. The user will be locked out for a period of 1 hour be default. However, an admin on the account can unlock the user before the full hour is complete. Once the user is unlocked they will return to active status.
Requested
A user in requested status is a user who is part of a different account other than your account, but the user has selected your account as the company that they work for. You can choose to add a requested user to your account or you can deny their request to be added to your account.
Note: This is very rare for you to have a requested user on your account.
