You can quickly add a basic user or a full user to your account in the weavix Console or from the weavix Mobile App. This option is great if you have new team members joining and are preparing for their start.
If you are adding multiple users at a time, you may want to consider using our Mass Import process.
Adding a basic user
What is a basic user?
Once you are on your console account navigate to the "Users" section
Once you are in the user's section, select the "add user" button in the top left corner.
You will then take time to fill out your new user's information.
In the first section, you will need to determine whether the user is going to be a Full User or a Basic User.
Required Sections: First Name, Last Name, Company, and Language.
PRO TIP! Selecting a language will automatically print their Onboarding Guide in their language and default their walt Smart Radio or Mobile App to their language to make logging on even easier!
Next, you will fill out the user's Account Settings.
The account Permissions will determine what the user can access on your console account. This is the only required action in this section.
We recommend adding any relevant Crafts to your user as well. Crafts can be the user's team, department, position, or anything else relevant to their role within the organization.
The last step is filling out the Site Permissions. This step is required, as this will determine what radio permissions your user has when they are onsite.
If you have multiple sites on your account, you will want to select the relevant site for your user. If your user travels between multiple sites, you can add additional ones by selecting the "+" symbol on the right-hand side.
Next to each site, you will need to select their permission for that site. This will determine the user's walt or mobile app permissions for the site.
Once you have finished filling out all the information for your user, select "Save".
The next step will be activating your user!
