Anyone with a User permission can easily add a single user on the fly when you're out in the field or if you need to add a new hire quickly.
Creating users in the mobile app is a breeze! We will outline the general steps you will encounter when creating new users, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
Pro Tip! Make sure you've downloaded the weavix mobile app before proceeding.
On your weavix Mobile App
From the home radio screen, tap "Menu" in the lower right-hand corner
Tap "Manage Users"
Select which Account you wish to add the new user to
Select the folder you wish to add the new user to, if applicable
Next, add either the user's Phone Number or Email Address or tap "Skip" if you're adding a Basic user.
Remember that you will only need a phone or email for the user if they need access to console or web radio.
If you tap skip, the below disclaimer will pop up, tap "Yes" to proceed
Add user information including First and Last Name, Account, and Site Permissions, along with Crafts and Tags, and then tap "Create User".
Congratulations, you've added your new user!
Lastly, tap "Continue to User Activation"
You can then select if you wish to Activate User Now or Activate User Later.
If the newly created user is near you, tap "Activate User Now"
Once "Activate User Now" is selected, a QR code will display, have the user scan the QR code with either a walt or mobile app to finish their activation.
