The weavix App gives you many setting requirements. In this article we will navigate through which settings are recommended to ensure your weavix App functions effectively.
We will start with your weavix Smart Radio App. Listed below are the settings weavix recommends you enable for your mobile app.
weavix Smart Radio Mobile App settings:
Display Mode: User Preference (Light mode or Dark Mode)
Language: Set to Native Language (This is a global setting and will translate over to your walt radio when logged in as well)
Call Settings: Ring Phone Enabled
Radio Settings: weavix recommends that "Always Play" is enabled, this way you can ensure that you never miss a message, even when you are offsite.
iPhone Silent Mode: When checked, your notifications and Push to talk messages will obey when your phone is set to silent.
Lastly, please ensure the channels you want to hear are not muted and notifications are turned on.
Pro tip! Please ensure that your app stays up to date through your respective app store.
Now for specific phone settings starting with apple iPhones:
Apple iOS Phone Settings
For our iOS weavers, we recommend that you enable the following settings listed below:
On your phone settings please ensure:
1. Your location is set to "While Using the App"
2. Your Bluetooth and Microphone are toggled on.
3. Your Camera is toggled on.
4. weavix Notifications:
- Allow Notifications
- Banner Style: Temporary
- Sounds: Toggled on
- Badged: Toggled on
- Show Previews: Always (default)
- Notification Grouping: Automatic
5. That your Background App Refresh is toggled on
6. Lastly, that your Cellular Data is toggled on
Android Phone Settings
For our Android weavers, we recommend that you enable the following settings listed below:
- Allow notifications
- Make sure your media volume is turned up.
- Ensure "Pause App Activity if Unused" is OFF.
- If your phone is locked and you are NOT getting notifications, make sure your "lock screen settings" is set to "Show all notification content"
