Option 1: Activating a User by scanning QR code
Obtain QR code from your Administrator
Next, tap "Scan QR" in the bottom left corner
Next, scan the QR code that was provided to you
Review your Profile, once confirmed it is correct, tap "Yes, That's Me"
Pro Tip! If your name is not shown, check with your admin to see if you were given the wrong code.
Optional
If your user profile has a phone number or email address attached to it, you may still need to verify it. If so, you will receive a code sent to the provided phone number or email address. Once received, enter the 6-digit verification code and tap "Next".
You will then be prompted to select what language you would like your profile to be set in. The language you set will be the language you communicate in when using weavix, so choose your native language. Read more about language translation within weavix!
Pro Tip! Your language setting is a global setting and will translate to all of your weavix devices!
Next, create and verify your 4-digit PIN
Pro Tips! When creating your PIN, we recommend using something easy to remember such as the last four digits of your phone number, your birthday, or your birth year.
You'll then be prompted to take or upload a Profile Photo for your account
Pro Tip! SAY CHEESE! Profile pictures are important so your teammates can put a face to a name when speaking with you.
Lastly, assign an NFC badge to yourself
Pro Tip! iPhone users: hold the badge towards the top and back of the phone, near the camera, to register the badge. Android users: hold the badge towards the middle of the back of the phone to register the badge.
Congratulations, your weavix activation is complete
Click Done
You'll be redirected to your home radio screen which will have all of your channels listed
Option 2: Activating a User with an NFC badge
Obtain your NFC badge from your Administrator
Next, tap "Scan Badge" in the lower right corner
