What is new with weavix™?

• Quickly add channels with the people around you that you need to talk to
  
  • Two additional ways to add a channel with a user you haven't talked to before
  • Tap another user's badge and you can quickly create a channel with that user
  • When adding a channel, you can see what users are online and nearby to quickly find who you want to talk to
    

    

• Additional functionality when adding users via mobile
  • Option to confirm Invited Users

  • Add users directly to a folder
    
• Alert for beacons with low battery level
  • A new workflow trigger allows you to trigger messages to be sent when a beacon's battery level falls below a selected threshold
    
    
• Automatic Replies for individual channels
  • Users can set automatic responses to reply back to individual channels.  When enabled, anyone who messages the user on an individual channel will receive the automatic response once a shift. 
    
  • Automatic replies can be configured in the user profile settings on the Mobile App and Console
    
•  Walt network details available in console and on the walt
  • Standard network data for each device is now available in the console to be viewed in Device Management for all devices
  • This same information can be viewed on individual walts in the About section available in Settings
  • Available data includes WiFi Mac Address, IP Address, and SIM information if using a cellular connection

• Enhanced notification settings on walt
  • Users can enable these settings on their walt depending on their preferences. These settings are available to configure in Settings > Notifications.
  • By default, settings will reflect the current behavior of the user's walt and they will not see a difference in how they use it unless a settings change is made by the user.
  • Available Settings:
    • Announce Sender of PTT Messages will say the channel and name of the sender after the PTT audio is finished if the message came from a channel other than the user's active channel.
    • Read Incoming Chat Messages will read any received text messages out loud.
    • Chat Message Notification Alert allows you to turn on or off the "ding" that is played when the walt receives a non-PTT message.
    • The Speaking Banner allows the user to turn off the banner that appears at the top of the walt stating the user and channel the message is from while the message is being received
    • The Message Reply Now Banner allows the user to turn off the banner that appears at the top of the walt after a text message is received and allows the user to reply directly back to the sender of the message regardless of their active channel. 
    • The PTT Reply Now Banner allows the user to turn off the banner that appears at the top of the walt after a PTT message is received and allows the user to reply directly back to the sender of the PTT regardless of their active channel. 
    • Banner Duration allows you to configure how long the Reply Now Banner is available to respond.
    • Read Channel Names will read the the active channel name out loud as you change channels on the channel list screen.
