What is new with weavix™?

• Admins can enable or disable the ability of users to send pictures or videos 
  • Admins can control a user's ability to send pictures or videos by changing the setting in a Permission Group
    
• Admins can enable or disable a user's ability to turn on a hotspot on the walt
  • Admins can control a user's ability to turn on the hotspot feature on the walt by changing the setting in a Permission Group
• Unlock a locked user
  • Admins will have the ability to unlock a user who has locked themselves out of the system by entering an incorrect pin too many times
  • Users can be unlocked from the console and from the mobile app
    
• Admin can reset user's pin
  • Admins will now have the ability to update a user's pin if they forget what their pin is
    • User will receive a confirmation code sent to their phone number or email address to ensure user approves the change to their pin
    • Reset can happen from console or mobile app
  • Users still have the option to change their own pin via the mobile app or console without need of an admin
    
• Location parameters available in workflow messages
  • When generating a message via a workflow, the message will be able to include location data from the device that triggered the workflow
    • Site name, most recent geofence entered, and Latitude/Longitude are all available
  • If triggering a workflow based on a press of the SOS button, admins can now add location data about the user who triggered the SOS
• Ability to select alternate company when inviting a user on the mobile app
  • When creating a new user via the Invite User button on the mobile app, users now have the option to select which company the new user is part of
• Automatic Updates for walt
  • To prevent errors caused by a walt being out of date and on an extremely old firmware version, walt will automatically apply an update a week after its release
  • Every day a walt has an update available, the user will be prompted that an update is available
  • After 7 days, the walt will update automatically and the user will be given a 15 minute notice before the walt reboots
    
• The firmware version number of each walt is now visible in Device Management
• Read receipts for small group User Defined Channels
  • Small group channels created by a user and not via the console will show read receipts of everyone in the channel who has viewed the message
• Prevent walt from automatically turning on when the radio is turned off and plugged into power via USB-C
  • walts that are powered off and put on a wrangler will continue to power on automatically.
