What is new with weavix™?
- Lock Screen is now configurable by permission groups
- Admins can enable/disable the Lock Screen for specific permission groups
- With the Lock Screen disabled, after login, users will not be prompted to enter their PIN after an period of inactivity
- With the Lock Screen enabled (current behavior) after a period of inactivity users will be prompted to enter their PIN when opening a channel
- Note, while the Lock Screen is present, the radio is still able to send and receive PTT messages. Users simply cannot read older messages.
- Screen does not turn on automatically when a message is received
- To prevent unwanted changing of channels by accidentally touching the screen, incoming messages will not cause the screen to turn on automatically
- To turn on the screen, the user must press the Circle/Select button
- Using the PTT or SOS button will also cause the screen to turn on
- iPhone 14 Pro app Visual Updates
- Updates to the iOS app for iPhone 14 Pro models to ensure navigation buttons on the app fit correctly on the iPhone 14 Pro's screen
