How do I get the most up to date version of walt™?

walt™ has multiple methods of updating:

Manual update

1. On the walt, click the menu button (hamburger icon)
2. Click Settings
3. Click Firmware
4. If you are not up to date, there will be an option to update to the newest version
5. If you are up to date, it will say "Your walt is up to date"

wrangler mass charger update

Simply place/dock your walt in any slot within a wrangler and walt will check for any available updates and apply them automatically.

Forced update

Walt Smart Radios will check for updates daily and apply those updates when available.  After the update is installed, the user will be given a 15 minute warning before the walt reboots to finish applying the update. 

Admins can control the time of day that the walts will perform these updates by going to the walt Settings section in Console.  Under the General Settings tab, there is a field for “Update Time” that is defaulted to Midnight.
